MEET THE TEAM

about us
Rozviy brings together those who want to shape the future of our country through education, activism, media, grassroots initiatives, solidarity, and green recovery policy.
We cultivate a culture where each of us can be themselves, with their own ambitions, doubts, new ideas, or simply the desire to belong to a community that understands. We do not rely on competition or hierarchies.
On the contrary, our approach is grounded in empathy, collective care, and a readiness to support one another. Rozviy is a space where a generation capable of building a just, green and democratic post-war Ukraine is taking shape.
With us, young leaders grow into those to whom our future can be entrusted.

    faq
Are the beneficiaries of the organization only girls and young women?
The primary beneficiaries of the organization’s activities are all Ukrainian youth. This reflects Rozviy’s core mission: to build a generation educated in climate and gender justice and to ensure its participation in Ukraine’s green recovery through professional, cross-sectoral, and intersectional development.
Is it necessary to have an education or experience in environmental protection?
No, it is not required. We firmly believe that climate change intersects with all areas of life, which means any professional or personal background can be valuable in our shared work. You can also join the community if you are seeking like-minded people, a safe space, and a supportive environment. The most important thing is to share our values, which are listed above on this page.
Can boys and young men join the organization?
Yes, they can. We welcome boys and young men who want to support our movement, share feminist and environmental values, and respect that Rozviy is a space of women’s leadership. For this purpose, we offer an associate membership format, which allows participation in the organization’s activities while keeping key governance decisions within the core team.
Can I propose my own project or initiative?
Absolutely. If your idea aligns with our values and mission, and if you are ready to initiate and lead work around this project, we will be happy to help bring it to life.
Can I participate if I live abroad?
Yes, absolutely. Most internal work takes place online, as half of our current team lives abroad. It is important to us that young people from the Ukrainian diaspora have the opportunity to participate in building a green and democratic future for their country. We therefore welcome participation from anywhere in the world.
